作者自1979年6月～1990年6月共治疗老年妇女泌尿系感染(UTI)300余例,随访248例,取得了良好效果,现报道如下。临床资料一、对象 60岁以上,具备①腰痛、尿急、尿频、尿痛及排尿困难等症状;②尿蛋白阳性;③尿内有脓球;④尿培养有细菌生长共248例。实验室检查:尿蛋白28人,80人,“+”140人,中段晨尿培养70％(174例)为大肠杆菌,其余为革兰氏阳性球 From June 1979 to June 1990, the authors treated more than 300 cases of urinary tract infection (UTI) in elderly women, followed up a total of 248 cases, and achieved good results, are reported below.
