学生党建工作近几年进入了新的发展阶段,党员队伍不断壮大。然而预备党员从入党之日到转正之日间的一年却出现了教育空档,重视程度不够、制度不全等问题较为明显。通过分析高校预备党员教育培养工作现状,找出其中存在的问题,探讨了在完善培训制度、创新培训形式、健全考核机制等方面加强高校学生预备党员再培训工作。
Party building in recent years has entered a new stage of development, with its contingent of party members constantly expanding. However, from the date of joining the party, members of the pro-independence party have seen a vacancy in education, insufficient attention and inadequate rules. By analyzing the status quo of college preparatory party members ’education and training and finding out the existing problems, the paper discusses how to strengthen the retraining of college students’ reserve party members in terms of perfecting the training system, innovating the training forms and improving the assessment mechanism.
