厦门与浦东相比存在着发展水平、规划水平、发展思路、思想观念等四大差距,因此,厦门必须重视自身的不足,迎头追赶,与时俱进,再创辉煌。为此,必须以浦东为参照点,实施四大追赶策略:确立战略转型策略,创新持续发展思路;坚持规划先行策略,以规划统领发展;实施对内对外开放并举策略,增创特区发展优势;推行法治领先策略,建设法治之城。
Compared with Pudong in Xiamen, there are four major differences in terms of development level, planning level, development ideas and ideological concepts. Therefore, Xiamen must pay attention to its own shortcomings, catch up with the times, advance with the times and create greater glories.
