目的:探究妇科内分泌失调临床治疗效果。方法:将本院自2015年5月至2016年9月间收治的48例内分泌失调导致不孕患者进行研究,对照组23例仅采用西药治疗,实验组25例在此基础上采用中医辨证法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的卵泡刺激素(FSH)与雌二醇(E2)水平与临床疗效。结果:治疗后,实验组FSH与E2水平升高较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,对照组为78.3%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合治疗妇科内分泌失调效果更加显著,值得采用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of gynecological endocrine disorders. Methods: 48 cases of infertility caused by endocrine disorders were studied in our hospital from May 2015 to September 2016. 23 cases in the control group were only treated with western medicine. In the experimental group, 25 cases were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation method treatment. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) before and after treatment in both groups were observed and the clinical effects were observed. Results: After treatment, the levels of FSH and E2 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 96.0% in the experimental group and 78.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of gynecological endocrine disorders more significant effect, it is worth using.
