患者女,25岁。停经5月,出现不明原因的右上腹疼痛3天,呈持续性胀痛,阵发性加剧,无放射性疼痛,同时伴恶心呕吐,呕吐物为胆汁样,无畏寒发热,无黑大便史。内科诊断为急性胆囊炎,5月孕。外科会诊:查体发现右上腹压痛明显,扪及一拳头大小包块。稍活动,触痛明显,腹中胎儿发育正常,,胎心胎动正常,化验检查:血常规正常。X光作腹部透视先后三次未见异常,外科诊断:急性阑尾炎,5月孕。
