高等职业教育是对于传统办学模式的一种制度创新，教育界正在对于高职教育的内涵，办学模式、专业设置、教学管理、教育资本运营，教育资源开发与利用的形式等方面开展研究。本文探讨了高职人才模式，将其划分为实用技术、服务管理、岗位技能等类型，按人才类型以及职业性、实用性、技能性的要求组织模块化教学。高职教育的发展必须转变传统的人才观与教育观。建立校企合作的职教体系，完善高职教育成长的宏观与微观机制。
Higher vocational education is a kind of institutional innovation for the traditional mode of running a school. The education circle is carrying out researches on the connotation, mode of running higher vocational education, professional setting, teaching management, operation of educational capital, and the form of exploitation and utilization of educational resources. This article explores the model of higher vocational personnel, which is divided into practical skills, service management, job skills and other types, according to the type of personnel and professional, practical, technical requirements of modular teaching. The Development of Higher Vocational Education Must Change the Traditional Concept of Talent and Education. Establish a system of vocational education through the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and improve the macro and micro mechanisms for the growth of higher vocational education.
