主排水泵是煤矿的一项重要设备,将井下各种淋水、用水排出地面,保证井下的人员安全和正常开采。鉴于煤矿主排水泵自动化控制的发展趋势,概述了可编程控制器,并重点从结构设计、程序设计2个方面就基于PLC的煤矿主排水泵自动控制系统设计作出分析论述,为煤矿主排水泵自动化控制的实现提供借鉴与支持。
The main drainage pump is an important coal mine equipment, all kinds of underground water, water drained from the ground to ensure underground safety and normal mining. In view of the development trend of automatic control of main drainage pump in coal mine, the programmable controller is overviewed, and the design of automatic control system of main drainage pump in coal mine based on PLC is analyzed from two aspects of structural design and program design.
