2013年1月5日,全国防汛抗旱工作视频会议召开。国家防总副总指挥、水利部部长陈雷出席会议并讲话,陈雷在会上充分肯定了2012年防汛抗旱工作取得的成绩,并对今年防汛抗旱工作提出了新的要求。国家防总秘书长、水利部副部长刘宁主持会议,国务院应急办和国家防总有关成员单位、武警水电指挥部有关负责人出席会议并发言。珠江委通过视频会商系统参加会议。
January 5, 2013, the national flood control and drought relief video conference was held. Chen Lei, deputy commander-in-chief of the State General Anti-docket and minister of the Ministry of Water Resources attended the meeting and made speeches. Chen Lei fully affirmed the achievements made in the flood control and drought relief work in 2012 and put forward new requirements for this year’s flood control and drought relief work. Liu Ning, State Secretary-General for Defense and Deputy Minister of Water Resources, presided over the meeting. The emergency office of the State Council and the relevant national defense units and relevant personnel in charge of Armed Police Hydropower Station attended the meeting and made speeches.
