目的提高基层医院物品消毒灭菌工作的质量。方法建立区域性消毒供应中心,配备工作人员,完善固定设施,将4家医院需要消毒灭菌的物品进行统一集中管理。结果实施集中管理后,4家医院的消毒灭菌质量明显提高,灭菌物品质量检测结果与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论建立区域性消毒供应中心切实可行,既提高了基层医院消毒物品的质量,又节约了成本,达到了资源共享。
Objective To improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of grass-roots hospital items. Methods Establish a regional disinfection supply center, equipped with staff, improve the fixed facilities, the four hospitals need to disinfect and sterilized items unified centralized management. Results After the centralized management, the disinfection and sterilization quality of the four hospitals was significantly improved. The results of the quality inspection of the sterilized articles were significantly different from those before the implementation (P <0.01). Conclusion It is practicable to set up a regional disinfection supply center, which not only improves the quality of disinfection items in primary hospitals but also saves costs and achieves resource sharing.
