Since 1998, our hospital used the forearm reverse forelimb island flap to repair 6 cases of infantile back of the hand wound, the results of flap all survived, the effect is satisfactory. First, the data and methods 1. General information; a total of 6 cases in this group, 5 males and 1 female, aged 2 to 6 years. All for the back of the hand caused by skin defects, and are accompanied by extensor tendon exposure. Skin flap area of 4cm × 6cm ~ 6cm ×
