南京航空学院计算机系副教授刘发兴主持研制成功NHIAS金相显微图像分析系统,其性能达到国内先进水平,已通过了部级技术鉴定。 该系统采用计算机、图像处理分析和自动控制等高新技术,实现了对金相显微图像的自动高精度检测,极大地提高了金相分析的科学性。该系统的主要优点是:测量精度高,自动化程度高,速度快。试样的移动、聚焦、分析和处理等全过程,都由载物台X、Y向自动驱动和自动聚焦软硬件完成,不需人工介入。完成一个夹杂物的试样测量(200个视场)不到2小时。一个视场的自动聚焦时间小于8秒,功能齐全。该系统可测量和区分钢中夹杂物的几何参数(如长度、面积、形状)和性质(脆性或塑性),并按美国和部颁标准进行评级;有较好的晶界重建功能;可测量钛合金的初生α相、
