[编者按]城市社区是党和政府城市工作的基石。为推进城市社区建设,福建省委、省政府于2001年10月制定并发布了《福建省城市社区建设纲要(试行)》。为纪念《纲要》发布四周年,推进福建省城市社区建设,不断丰富建设海峡西岸经济区内涵,我刊与福建省民政厅联合编辑了《和谐社区助推“海西”》专题,约请几位研究社区建设的专家和领导,就推进和谐杜区建设应着重注意和解决的关键问题,发表建设性、探索性、指导性意见,同时,约请若干社区建设示范单位介绍典型经验和成功实践,从理论与实践的结合上,探寻新形势下加快和完善城市和谐社区建设的思路和对策。
[Editor’s note] Urban communities are the cornerstone of the work of the party and government cities. In order to promote the construction of urban communities, Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government formulated and promulgated the “Outline of Urban Community Construction in Fujian Province (Trial)” in October 2001. To commemorate the fourth anniversary of the “Outline”, promote the construction of urban communities in Fujian Province, and continuously enrich the connotation of building an economic zone on the west side of the Straits, we published a series entitled “Harmonious Community Boost Hercynian” with Fujian Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, The experts and leaders of the community construction should study the key issues that should be paid attention to and should be addressed in promoting the construction of a harmonious Du district and issue constructive, exploratory and guiding opinions. At the same time, some community building demonstration units are invited to introduce typical experiences and successful practices. The combination of theory and practice, to explore ideas and countermeasures to speed up and perfect the construction of harmonious community in the city under the new situation.
