扫描电镜观察了联合应用硒和顺铂后大白鼠耳蜗毛细胞的形态变化。发现单用顺铂组耳蜗毛细胞大片坏死脱落,联合用药组仅在3回有少量毛细胞倒伏,而与给药先后顺序无关。提示联合用药可减轻顺铂的耳毒性。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the morphological changes of cochlear hair cells of rats after combined application of selenium and cisplatin. Found that cisplatin alone cochlear hair cell necrosis, the combination group only 3 times a small amount of hair cells lodging, and has nothing to do with the order of administration. Tip combination therapy can reduce cisplatin ototoxicity.
