我国经济体制改革的不断深化,引发了社会各个方面的巨大变化。我们已处于名副其实的社会转型期。与千千万万老百姓的生存、生活和发展联系更为直接和密切的莫过于就业制度或方式的转变。近来年,传统的人力资源计划配置方式已在很大程度上被市场配置方式所取代。但是,时至今日,不少国人对此仍然显得很不适应。不仅许多“下岗”者怨声不息,就是在岗从业者也常常显出困惑和不安,至于广大青年学生及其家长,面对就业难则更显得焦虑和迷惘。不少人的人生期望、职业愿景变得模糊动荡。这一问题成了生逢其时的一代人,甚或上一代、下一代人面临的一个最最沉重的
The continuous deepening of China’s economic restructuring has triggered tremendous changes in all aspects of society. We are in a veritable social transition. The direct and close connection with the survival, living and development of millions of people is a shift in the employment system or method. In recent years, the traditional allocation of human resources planning has been largely replaced by the market allocation. However, as of today, many Chinese people still find it very inappropriate. Not only are many “laid-off” people complaining that the on-the-job practitioners often show confusion and anxiety, the majority of young students and their parents face even greater anxiety and confusion in the face of employment difficulties. Many people’s life expectancy, career vision has become blurred and turbulent. This issue has become the most generous generation, or even the last generation, of the next generation.
