随着机械制造工业的发展,标准渐开线花键不能满足现代化机器某些性能的要求。为了提高花键强度和质量,保证花键连接的平稳性,目前国内外在高速重载车中,采用超变位渐开线花键连接传动已日趋广泛。所谓超变位渐开线花键是指变位系数超出常规,它具有下列两个特点之一:(1)花键齿根圆直径d_f,大于花键分度圆直径d(正超变位),花键齿顶圆直径d_a小于花键分度圆直径d(负超变位)。(2)花键分度圆弧齿厚S大于花键分度圆周节p(正超变位),花键分度圆弧齿厚S不存在(负超变位)。
