学者们对全球兴起的结社革命给予了很大的关注。第三部门的理论研究才刚开始,就被学者们奉为拯救政府失灵和市场失灵的良方,关于第三部门组织的神话由此传开。本文从独立性、纯洁性、志愿永恒等三个方面对第三部门组织发展神话进行评析,认为要发展第三部门组织,不仅要抓住组织的外部效应,还应从组织的内部效应入手,使其发挥更大的作用。 Scholars have given a great deal of attention to the rise of the world-wide association revolution. This paper analyzes the development of the third sector from three aspects: independence, purity and voluntary eternity.
