四川某铜多金属矿属于细粒浸染型铜、钼、钴、铁多金属共生矿,针对选厂钴回收率较低的现状,进行了铜钼钴混合浮选新流程的条件试验和闭路试验研究。试验结果表明,新流程小型闭路试验可获得铜精矿含铜品位24.91%,铜回收率93.45%,钼精矿含钼47.08%,钼回收率78.63%,钴精矿含钴0.41%,钴回收率84.03%的优异指标。与原生产流程相比,铜精矿中铜品位及回收率分别提高了1.77及1.39个百分点,钼精矿中钼的回收效提高了2.66个百分点,钴精矿中钴回收率提高了15.75个百分点。
A copper polymetallic deposit in Sichuan belongs to the fine-grained copper, molybdenum, cobalt and iron polymetallic ore. In view of the low recovery of cobalt in the concentrator plant, the conditions of the new copper-molybdenum-cobalt mixed flotation process and the closed-circuit test the study. The results show that the copper content of copper concentrate is 24.91%, copper recovery rate is 93.45%, molybdenum concentrate is 47.08%, molybdenum recovery rate is 78.63%, cobalt concentrate is 0.41% Rate of 84.03% excellent indicator. Compared with the original production process, the copper grade and recovery of copper concentrate increased by 1.77 and 1.39 percentage points respectively. The recovery efficiency of molybdenum in molybdenum concentrate increased by 2.66 percentage points. The cobalt recovery rate in cobalt concentrate increased by 15.75 percentage point.
