师范类艺术生是艺术教师的重要后备力量。教学技能作为教师的一项必备技能,直接影响着师范类艺术生未来的教学水平。当前,师范类艺术生的教学设计、课堂教学、教学评价和教学研究技能水平普遍偏低。要想解决这些问题,提升师范类艺术生总体的教学技能水平,就必须严格按照师范类艺术生的培养标准,不断加强相关技能在实践中的应用与掌握。文章分析了当前师范类艺术生教学技能的现状,并提出相应策略,旨在提高师范类艺术生教学技能水平,以期为艺术教育的发展提供优良的后备教师资源。
Normal art students are an important reserve force for art teachers. Teaching skills as an essential skill of teachers, a direct impact on normal class art students teaching level. At present, the teaching and designing, classroom teaching, teaching evaluation and teaching research skills of normal art students are generally low. In order to solve these problems and improve the overall teaching skill level of normal art students, we must strictly follow the training standards of normal art students and constantly strengthen the application and mastery of relevant skills in practice. This paper analyzes the present status of the art teaching ability of normal art students and puts forward corresponding strategies aimed at improving the teaching skills of art students in normal colleges so as to provide excellent backup teacher resources for the development of art education.
