目前在ERP应用过程中出现的各科具有共性和普遍性的问题,在很大程度上与企业没有认真做好项目前期准备工作有着必然的关系。因此,企业在ERP应用过程中一定要按照客观规律,认真做好前期准备工作。其中,培训教育不能仅限于ERP原理和信息技术方面,而应把相关科学技术都包括进来。企业需求分析不是一个简单的问题归类,而应直接指出造成这些问题的根源所在,以便有针对性地加以解决,业务流程重组要
At present, there are common and universal problems in various sections of the ERP application process, and to a large extent, it has a necessary relationship with the enterprise not earnestly preparing the preliminary projects.
