送礼焦虑症是社交焦虑症的一种形式。一个人在送礼时感受到的焦虑程度取决于其想要得到的认可需求和对礼物是否会得到负面评价的担心程度。患有送礼焦虑症的人会想:“如果我丈夫不喜欢这个礼物怎么办?”“要是我的孩子觉得我给其他兄弟姐妹买的礼物比给他的多怎么办?”“要是我妹妹已经有这个东西了怎么办?”
Gift anxiety disorder is a form of social anxiety disorder. The degree of anxiety a person feels when giving gifts depends on the recognition needs they want to receive and the degree to which they will be negatively evaluated. People with gift anxiety think: “What to do if my husband does not like this gift? ” “What if my child thinks the gift I give to other siblings is more than giving him?” “What if my sister already has this stuff?”
