目的观察手术结合糖皮质激素综合治疗鼻息肉病的疗效。方法治疗组40例鼻息肉病患者行鼻内窥镜手术结合围手术期糖皮质激素综合治疗,对照组32例未应用糖皮质激素治疗,并观察术后疗效。结果治疗组:治愈33例(82.5%),有效4例(10%),无效3例(7.5%),有效率92.5%。对照组:治愈13例(40.6%),有效8例(25%),无效11例(34.4%),有效率65.6%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论对鼻息肉患者采用手术结合围手术期糖皮质激素综合治疗能够得到较好疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of combined surgery and glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyposis. Methods Forty cases of patients with nasal polyposis were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery combined with perioperative glucocorticoid therapy, while 32 cases in control group were treated with glucocorticoid. The curative effect was observed. Results In the treatment group, 33 cases (82.5%) were cured, 4 cases (10%) were effective, 3 cases (7.5%) were ineffective, and the effective rate was 92.5%. Control group: cured in 13 cases (40.6%), effective in 8 cases (25%), ineffective in 11 cases (34.4%), the effective rate was 65.6%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions The combined treatment of perioperative glucocorticoid and nasal polyp can be effective in patients with nasal polyps.
