青年艺术家许琪萍擅长非洲题材的泼墨大写意中国画和雕塑,是中国民主促进会会员、江苏美术家协会会员,江苏常州人。曾就读于南京艺术学院研究生班。1999年,应邀赴非洲艺术考察.,2001年在刘海粟美术馆成功举办了《走进非洲》水墨画展;2002年,应邀参加了法国在香港举办的艺术博览会。不久前,设计完成了江苏常州大学城花岗岩和金属材料混合而成高28米的城雕设计,施工建设已近尾声。设计主创了高约2米的18 尊世界名人的青铜雕像群。
Xu Qi-ping, a young artist, is good at ink-brush Chinese paintings and sculptures of African themes and is a member of China Association for the Promotion of Democracy and a member of Jiangsu Artists Association, Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Studied at the Nanjing Arts Institute graduate class. He was invited to study in Africa in 1999. In 2001, he successfully held the “Into Africa” ink and wash exhibition at Liu Haisu Art Museum. In 2002, he was invited to participate in the French art fair held in Hong Kong. Not long ago, the design completed the University City of Changzhou, Jiangsu granite and metal materials mixed into a high 28 meters of the city sculpture design, construction is nearing completion. Designed to create a height of about 2 meters of 18 world famous bronze statue group.
