在快速发展的经济社会中,越来越多的人注重于追求高品质的生活。在医学领域方面,大多数患者及其家属对医疗环境、医疗设施、医务人员服务质量等方面要求较高,如果医疗机构无法满足患者及其家属对这些方面的需求,就会导致医疗纠纷事件的发生。目前在整个社会中,医患关系已经逐渐成为备受瞩目的话题之一,医疗机构作为两者关系中的一方,在维系和谐互助的医患关系中具有较为重要的作用。为了提高医疗机构的服务水平,减少医患纠纷事件的发生机率,本文以加强医院思想政治工作为出发点,着重研究了应该如何构建和谐、稳定、互助的医患关系。
In a rapidly developing economy and society, more and more people are focusing on the pursuit of a high quality of life. In the field of medicine, most patients and their families have high demands on the medical environment, medical facilities and the quality of service of medical personnel. If the medical institutions can not meet the needs of patients and their families in these fields, the medical disputes will lead to occur. Currently, the relationship between doctors and patients has gradually become one of the topics that have drawn much attention in the society as a whole. As one of the two relations, medical institutions play an important role in maintaining the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. In order to improve the service level of medical institutions and reduce the probability of medical disputes, this paper focuses on strengthening ideological and political work in hospitals and focuses on how to build a harmonious, stable and mutual aid relationship between doctors and patients.
