引言“红便邮”是集邮者对“苏皖边区红色‘便’字5分邮票”的俗称(图1)。该票是解放战争时期所发行的解放区邮票中最具集邮价值,或者说集邮重要性最高的邮票。据考证已露面者不超过10枚,因此,多年来一直倍受集邮者的关注,已成为解放区邮票中著名的珍品之一。最早报道该票的文章刊载于1947年10月在南京发行之《首都邮刊》创刊号上,是一篇署名“筱”(即张筱,系已故著名集邮家和火花收藏家)的《红辨士票在边区》。该文记述如下:
Introduction “red postal mail ” is the common name of the philatelics (Figure 1) for the “postage stamp” of the red border of the border area of Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces. This ticket is the stamp value of the most liberated areas issued during the War of Liberation, or the stamp of the highest importance. According to the research, no more than 10 appearances have been made. Therefore, it has been attracting the attention of the collectors over the years and has become one of the famous treasures in the Jiefang District stamps. The first article covering the ticket was published in the founding issue of the Capital Post published in Nanjing in October 1947. It was a document titled “Xiao” (that is, Zhang Xiao, the deceased famous philatelists and spark collectors) “Red darn ticket in the border area.” The article is described as follows:
