“教育就是过日子。”是我担任15年校长一直坚守的教育常识。学校是个大家庭,而教育的过程就如同治家过日子,少不了的家长里短,大小琐事。想把日子过得和和美美,需要勤俭持家、会过日子的主人;而想把学校办得红红火火,则需要勤恳踏实、勤研善教的园丁。作为这个大家庭的家长,我需要一些志同道合、出类拔萃的伙伴,和我一起同舟共济。为此,学校启动了“5+X”名师成长工程,带领老师们有滋有味地追求教育的幸福日子。
“Education is to live. ” Is my 15 years of principals have always adhered to the education of common sense. The school is a big family, and the process of education is just like the rule of law, the parents in the short, the size of trivia. If you want to make your life farewell to the United States and the United States, you need to be thrifty and supportive, and you will live your own life. If you want to make your school prosperous, you need to be industrious and hard-working gardeners. As a parent of this extended family, I need some like-minded, outstanding partners, and I work together. To this end, the school launched the “5 + X ” teacher growth project, leading teachers to have a happy day to pursue education.
