本文研究了在用布里兹曼法生长的p型Pb(1-x)Sn_xTe里,用闭管法扩散Pb或Sb所制成的台面光电二极管的光谱响应特性,并研究了光谱响应和扩散条件的关系,从而利用扩散来控制光谱响应特性。
In this paper, we study the spectral response characteristics of mesa photodiodes made by the Pb-Sb diffusion in the p-type Pb (1-x) Sn_xTe grown by the Briezmann method. The effects of spectral response and diffusion Conditions, thus using diffusion to control the spectral response characteristics.
