在新形势下,要增强公文写作的语言特色,一方面必须确保公文语言严肃庄重、朴实无华,在公文写作过程中多使用书面语、避免运用口语、多成语或四字词语、巧用典雅的文言词语、频繁使用关联词、强化多固定搭配、广泛使用“的”字短语、介词短语和联合短语。另一方面,要必须确保公文语言字词简洁恰当、数据精准无误,在“一字入公文,九牛拔不出”的原则下,要注意几个问题,公文写作离不开数字,慎重进行简写,切忌省略关键词,要直截了当,杜绝模棱两可的写作。再者,要巧妙运用修辞手法增强公文语言的灵活性,在摒弃老套古板的基础上创新公文语言,笔耕不辍在实践中提高公文写作水平,切实加强文学修养,提高公文写作的水平和语言质量。
