目的 分析大鼠肝肿瘤射频消融(RFA)后树突状细胞(DC)的变化,探讨RFA诱发机体抗肿瘤免疫应答的机制.方法 40只健康SD大鼠建立肝癌模型,随机分为对照组(10只)、治疗7 d组(16只)和治疗14 d组(14只).对照组不做治疗直接处死取材,后两组分别在RFA治疗后7 d和14 d处死取材.取外周血、肿瘤周边或消融灶周边0.5 cm内肝组织及脾组织,采用流式细胞术检测树突状细胞表面OX62、OX6、CD86表达水平.结果 ①对照组OX62阳性细胞占外周血单个核细胞比率为(0.45±0.19)%,治疗7 d组和14 d组分别增高为(0.78±0.30)%、(1.53±0.80)%,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P
