肺癌相关肿瘤标志物是肺癌组织和细胞由于癌基因及其产物的异常表达所产生的抗原和生物活性物质,包括蛋白质、酶、激素、癌基因产物等。近年来肿瘤标志物成为肿瘤基础和临床应用的一个十分活跃的领域。其对肺癌的辅助诊断、判别类型、估计预后、评价疗效、定位诊断、靶向治疗等均具有重要指导意义。对癌胚抗原、神经元特性烯醇化酶、细胞角蛋白19片段、血管内皮生长因子、增生细胞核抗原、表皮生长因子受体等肺癌相关肿瘤生物标志物的研究进展进行阐述。
Lung cancer-associated tumor markers are antigenic and bioactive substances, including proteins, enzymes, hormones, oncogene products, etc., that are produced by the abnormal expression of oncogenes and their products in lung cancer tissues and cells. In recent years, tumor markers have become a very active field of tumor basic and clinical applications. The diagnosis of lung cancer, type of discrimination, prognosis, evaluation of efficacy, positioning diagnosis, targeted therapy, etc. have an important guiding significance. The progress of carcinogenesis-related tumor biomarkers such as carcinoembryonic antigen, neuronal enolase, cytokeratin 19 fragment, vascular endothelial growth factor, proliferating cell nuclear antigen and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were described.
