针对远程教育中学生英语学习的特点及出现的问题,笔者通过理论梳理、行动研究、采用问卷调查的方法,对英语本科两门课程进行了两年的实践探索,总结出一套将思维导图与远程学习支持服务整合模式,提高了课堂教学效果和远程学习支持服务的质量,学生的满意率和考试通过率均得以提高。
Aiming at the characteristics and problems of English learning in distance education, the author carries out two years of practical exploration on two courses of English undergraduate through theory combing, action research and questionnaire survey, Distance learning support service integration model, improve the quality of classroom teaching and distance learning support services, student satisfaction rate and examination pass rate are improved.
