本文用“紫外分光光度法”测定并比较了茅苍术栽培品与不同地区野生品的百分含油率,对栽培品含油率较野生品含油率低的原因进行了探讨。
In this paper, “ultraviolet spectrophotometry” was used to measure and compare the percent oil content of Atractylodes lanceolata cultivation products and wild products in different regions. The reason why the oil content of cultivated products was lower than that of wild products was discussed.
