本文以国内第一台HC轧机为对象,以弹性力学理论和影响函数法为基础,用常规计算方法和矩阵计算方法对HC轧机纵向弹性变形进行了理论分析、计算,并进行了实验研究,得到了不同中间辊抽动量情况下的HC轧机纵向弹性变形的计算结果和实验结果。由此,从理论和实验两方面证实了HC轧机纵向弹性变形的特点及HC轧机纵向刚度随中间辊抽动而变化的规律,为国内首套用于HC轧机的液压厚控系统,在建立其实用的控制模型方面提供了理论依据。
Based on the theory of elastic mechanics and the influence function method, this paper takes the first HC rolling mill in China as an object, and theoretically analyzes and calculates the longitudinal elastic deformation of the HC rolling mill by using the conventional calculation method and the matrix calculation method, and obtains the experimental results The calculation results and the experimental results of the longitudinal elastic deformation of the HC rolling mill under the condition of different intermediate roll pumping amount were obtained. Therefore, it is proved theoretically and experimentally that the longitudinal deformation of the HC mill and the longitudinal stiffness of the HC mill vary with the tumble of the intermediate rolls. This is the first set of hydraulic thick control system for HC rolling mills in China. The control model provides a theoretical basis.
