本文提出了仪器端面齿加工用多头滚刀的设计方法,从理论上进行了系统的分析,并推导出各参数的计算公式。采用这种多头滚刀进行成形滚齿加工可以保证工件精度,并能大大提高生产效率。
In this paper, the design method of multi-head hob for the machining of the end face of the instrument is proposed. The system is analyzed theoretically and the formula of each parameter is deduced. The use of such hobbing hobbing hobbing process can ensure the accuracy of the workpiece, and can greatly improve production efficiency.
