1 病例简介例 1,女 ,72岁 ,因突然昏迷、躁动伴呕吐 4小时入院。查体 :Ｂｐ 18/ 10ｋＰａ ,ＨＲ 70次 /分 ,Ｒ 18次 /分。双瞳孔光反射弱 ,右侧肢体不活动 ,肌张力高 ,病理反射阳性。头颅ＣＴ示左额顶低密度区。心电图示各导联ＳＴ段压低 0 5ｍｖ ,Ｔ波低平。入院诊断为左额?
Case description 1 cases, female, 72 years old, due to a sudden coma, agitation with vomiting 4 hours admission. Physical examination: Bp 18 / 10kPa, HR 70 beats / min, R 18 beats / min. Double pupil light reflection is weak, the right limb inactivity, high muscle tension, pathological reflex positive. Head CT showed the left frontal top low density area. ECG lead ST segment depression 0 5mv, T wave low flat. Admission is diagnosed as left forehead?
