“This bedtime couch, not high and wide than the usual system, one-third less, lower, then easy to lift; narrow, you can not diffuse. ” This passage from the Northern Song Dynasty Chen straight old age monographs “Parents worship pro-book.” There is a question of setting the details of the bed height and width for the elderly to sleep in. Although it was proposed in the distant Northern Song Dynasty, it was not surprising that the Boston Globe newspaper in 2008 also reported that the elderly should not only fall into the ground at home but also consider lighting and the ground. Some furniture, such as the height of a bed, must also be emphasized. If the bed is too tall, the elderly have to lean forward while sitting down, without armrests, and lose their center of gravity.
