目的:建立蒙古族正常牙合成年人颅颌面软组织三维X线立体头影测量正常值数据库。方法:选男女各半的92例蒙古族正常牙合成年人为研究对象,每人在头颅定位仪下摄正面面像和X线侧位片各一张,用计算机辅助X线头影测量系统,对颅颌面软组织进行三维X线头影测量分析。结果:①蒙古族颅颌面软组织三维X线头影测量结果存在性别、民族和种族的差异。②蒙古族颅颌面软组织的厚度左右不是均一的,存在补偿作用。结论:①本研究获取了蒙古族正常牙合成年人颅颌面软组织的三维信息,揭示了蒙古族正常牙合成年人的外貌特征,为临床的正颌外科提供了蒙古族本民族可参考的数字依据。②三维X线头影测量优于传统的二维X线测量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a 3D normal cephalometric measurement database of cranio-maxillofacial soft tissues in Mongolian normal tooth age. Methods: A total of 92 Mongolian normal dental adults aged half male and half female were enrolled in this study. Each person under the skull locator was photographed with one face and one X-ray film. The computer-aided X-ray cephalometric system was used. Craniofacial soft tissue for three-dimensional X-cephalometry analysis. Results: ① The Mongolian skull and maxillofacial soft tissue three-dimensional X-cephalometry results of gender, ethnicity and race differences. Mongolian craniomaxillofacial soft tissue thickness is not about the same, there is a compensatory role. Conclusion: ①This study has obtained the three-dimensional information of the cranio-maxillofacial soft tissues in Mongolian normal tooth age, revealed the appearance characteristics of Mongolian normal tooth synthesis, provided the Mongolian nationality with reference to clinical orthognathic surgery Digital basis. ② three-dimensional X-cephalometry better than the traditional two-dimensional X-ray measurements.
