温泉旅游是我国当前和今后相当长时期内休闲旅游的热点之一,是集休闲、养生、娱乐、运动等功能于一体的时尚产业与朝阳产业。2012年10月26日,世界温泉及气候养生联合会第65届年会暨国际科学大会在重庆举行,经来自欧洲、非洲及亚洲16个国家和地区的70多名全球顶级专家评审通过,重庆成为全球首个“世界温泉之都”。位于渝东南武陵山腹地的秀山县温泉资源富集,具有发展温泉旅游的资源基础,通过各方努力,温泉旅游有望成为推动我县建设武陵山区重要旅游目的地的新动力。 Hot spring tourism is one of the hot spots of leisure travel in our country for a long time and in the future. It is a fashion industry and sunrise industry integrating leisure, health, entertainment and sports functions. On October 26, 2012, the 65th Annual Meeting of the World Spa and Climate Health Federation and the International Science Conference were held in Chongqing. After being reviewed and approved by more than 70 world-class experts from 16 countries and regions in Europe, Africa and Asia, Chongqing Become the world’s first “world hot springs capital.” Located in the hinterland of Wuling Mountain in southeastern Chongqing, Xiushan County is rich in hot spring resources and has the resource base for developing hot spring tourism. Through all efforts, hot spring tourism is expected to become a new impetus to promote the county to build an important tourist destination in Wuling Mountain.
