In this study, students majoring in foreign languages in a comprehensive university were selected as the research objects to conduct a mixed study. Based on the qualitative research of 11 students' interviews, it was found that the main factors affecting the anxiety of foreign language online courses of foreign language majors during the epidemic period were poor teaching mode of teachers, poor self-discipline of students and unstable Internet environment.The results of this study can provide useful enlightenment for the teaching of foreign language online courses.
