近日,江苏通管局组织第四届省电信用户委员会部分代表,对南京、宿迁、常州三个地市各家电信运营企业服务工作整体情况和实名制落实情况进行了暗访。检查组对三个地市电信企业服务工作取得的成绩进行了肯定,认为我省各电信运营企业营业窗口软硬件环境良好,营业员业务熟练、服务规范,实名制落实整体到位。但检查中也发现了一些电信企业仍存在强开业务、新老用户区别对待和实名制执行不严格的违规情形。省通信管理局随即召集各运营企业相关负责人对检查出的问题进行了逐一通报,责令限期整改,各电信企业纷纷表态将对检查组提出的问题举一反三,加大力度进行
Recently, Jiangsu Province, the Authority organized the fourth provincial telecommunications households committee representatives, on Nanjing, Suqian, Changzhou three cities of all telecom operators overall situation of service and implementation of real-name system was unannounced visits. The inspection team affirmed the achievements made by the service work of the three cities in the telecommunications industry. They believed that the operating environment of software and hardware of the telecom operators in our province is good, the clerks’ business is proficient, the service standard and the real name system are implemented as a whole. However, the inspection also found that some telecom companies still have strong open businesses, new and old users are treated differently and the implementation of real-name system is not strictly violated. Provincial Communications Authority immediately called the relevant responsible persons of all operating companies to check out the problems were reported one by one, ordered rectification within a time limit, the telecom companies have stated their position on the inspection team put forward the question one by one, to step up efforts
