研究了在中空纤维膜器中用未纯化的二 (2 ,4,4-三甲基戊基 )硫代膦酸 (Cyanex30 2 )萃取锌的传质动力学 .考察了料液酸度、萃取剂浓度、料液的流速、萃取剂的流速及金属离子浓度等因素对传质系数的影响 ,考察了氢离子浓度、金属离子浓度、萃取剂浓度与萃取速率的关系 ,获得了相应的反应级数 ,计算得到了速率常数值 ,动力学方程为 :R=7.2 2× 10 - 5 Vc0 .85 2[HL] c0 .5 2 4Zn2 + c- 0 .2 6 4H+ / S.
The mass transfer kinetics of zinc extraction using unpurified bis (2,4,4-trimethylpentyl) thiophosphonic acid (Cyanex30 2) in a hollow fiber membrane reactor was investigated. The effects of the acidity of extractant, Concentration, the flow rate of the feed solution, the flow rate of the extractant and the metal ion concentration on the mass transfer coefficient. The relationship between the hydrogen ion concentration, the metal ion concentration, the extractant concentration and the extraction rate was investigated. The corresponding reaction series , The rate constants were calculated. The kinetic equation is: R = 7.2 2 × 10 - 5 Vc0 .85 2 [HL] c0 .5 2 4Zn2 + c- 0 .2 6 4H + / S
