目的识别、分析、评价新建CT机房可能产生的放射性职业病危害因素,并对CT机房的屏蔽防护设计进行安全评价,从而预防、控制或消除该建设项目可能产生的潜在的职业病危害,保护从业人员及公众的健康安全,同时也为卫生行政部门对该建设项目的职业卫生审查提供科学的技术依据。方法采用综合评价法、类比法与经验法进行评价。结果该新建CT机房的选址与总体布局、设备安装、放射防护设施设计、辅助用室设置、设备使用过程中产生的电离辐射及射线在辐射场中与空气作用产生的射解产物臭氧、氮氧化物等职业病危害因素,经类比单位该项目的实际检测结果符合国家放射防护有关规定。结论该项目为放射性职业病危害一般建设项目,设备使用过程中产生的放射性职业病危害是可以预防的,在严格执行了放射卫生防护相关标准后,该新建CT机房项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards of CT occupancy in new CT room and to evaluate the safety of shielding design in CT room so as to prevent, control or eliminate the potential occupational hazards that may occur in this project, protect employees and Public health and safety, but also for the health administrative departments of the construction project to provide a scientific and technical basis for occupational health review. Methods Comprehensive evaluation method, analogy method and experience method were used to evaluate. Results The location and overall layout of the new CT room, equipment installation, design of radiological protection facilities, auxiliary room settings, ionizing radiation generated during the use of the equipment, and radio-photon produced by the interaction of rays with air in the radiation field, ozone, nitrogen Oxide and other occupational hazards, the analog unit of the actual test results of the project in line with national radiological protection regulations. Conclusion The project is a general construction project of radioactive occupational hazards. The occupational hazards caused by radioactive occupational diseases can be prevented. After the strict implementation of relevant standards of radiation protection, the new CT room project is feasible.
