用前列腺素Ｅ１与川芎嗪联合治疗６０例慢性肾功能不全患者３周，发现其舒张压、尿蛋白、尿ＦＤＰ均较治疗前及对照组减少，尿量及尿钠排泄则明显增加，肾功能代偿期与肾功能不全期的血肌酐及尿素氮较对照组显著降低，说明两药的联合使用能延缓早、中期ＣＲＦ病情的进展。
