目的:观察辨证针刺结合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组39例(40耳)采用辨证针刺结合高压氧治疗,对照组37例(40耳)采用高压氧治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.5%,对照组为82.5%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:辩证针刺结合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋疗效优于单纯高压氧治疗。
Objective: To observe the effect of syndrome differentiation acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen on sudden deafness. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups. 39 cases (40 ears) in the treatment group were treated by dialectical acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen and 37 cases (40 ears) in the control group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen. Results: The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05), which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Dialectical acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of sudden deafness better than simple hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
