受刑人虽然身披刑罚,但仍不失其为一国公民的身份,仍不失其为人的事实,仍不失其诉求有尊严的生活的权利。处在一个特殊的弱势群体中,受刑人权利更容易受到侵犯,受刑人更需要人权,更需要尊严,更应当有特殊的权利保障。 Although torturers are punished by torture, they are still regarded as citizens of a country without losing their status as human beings, without losing their rights to claim a dignified life. In a special vulnerable group, prisoners’ rights are more easily violated, prisoners need human rights more, dignity is more necessary, and more should be given special rights protection.
