介绍了光纤双波长高温传感技术的原理;结合焦炉碳化室炉墙温度测量的现状,阐述了该技术在焦炉炉墙动态测温的应用———将光纤动态测温装置安装在焦炉的推焦杆上,在推焦的同时测出碳化室两边的炉墙温度分布。由于焦炉是冶金工业中最复杂的窑炉,现场环境恶劣,所以着重介绍了该技术为适应工程应用的结构设计和工艺设计。
The principle of optical fiber dual-wavelength high-temperature sensing technology is introduced. Combined with the status quo of furnace wall temperature measurement in coke oven carbonization chamber, the application of this technology in dynamic temperature measurement of coke oven furnace wall is introduced. On the push rod of the furnace, the temperature distribution of the furnace wall on both sides of the carbonization chamber is measured while pushing the coke. As the coke oven is the most complex furnace in the metallurgical industry, the site environment is harsh, so it focuses on the structural design and process design of this technology to adapt to the engineering application.
