后进生是每一个班级普遍存在的现象,有些班级的后进生比例很大,如何转化后进生是班主任和任课教师工作的重点,也是提高学校教育教学质量的一个途径。本人现将在转化后进生工作中采取的措施和几点体会做如下浅谈。
After graduation is a pervasive phenomenon in every class. Some classes have a large proportion of postgraduates, and how to transform students into postgraduates and classroom teachers is also a key point in improving the quality of school education and teaching.
