比较了国内外数种岩矿标准样品加工的成熟经验,结合我国实际,建议一个高效低耗并简便易行的加工方案。新方案的特点是在保证合格均匀度的前提下,不用庞大设备,均匀绩分从粒度2毫米开始,磨细的样品重量仅60—70公斤,包装前的混匀操作采用了一个新型封闭式混匀器,可以通用于不同重量岩矿标准样的加工。有一般碎矿设备的实验室都可以承担标样的加工任务。
Compared with the mature experience of processing several kinds of rock samples at home and abroad, combined with the reality of our country, we suggest a processing scheme with high efficiency and low consumption and simple and easy operation.
