以黑穗醋栗易二次萌发的品种“亚德”为试材,以清水为对照,研究了不同种类及不同浓度的外源GA3和ABA对黑穗醋栗二次萌发的调控情况。结果表明:GA3能显著促进黑穗醋栗的二次萌发,不同浓度GA3处理后萌发的时间不同、促进效果不同,浓度越大,前期促发效果越明显,其中50mg/L的GA3处理萌发调控效果最为显著;但对于萌发率来讲,3种浓度的GA3处理差别不大,最终萌发率都能达到95%以上;此外GA3处理后,萌发后形成的枝梢长度也存在明显差异;总体上处理后枝条总长度、节间长度及枝条细度与GA3处理浓度呈一定的正相关性;ABA能够显著抑制黑穗醋栗的二次萌发,2种浓度的ABA处理,萌发率均只有5%左右,且芽体大小减少,只有清水对照的80%左右。
