建立了一种适用于内燃机油指纹信息采集的傅里叶变换衰减全反射(A T R)中红外光谱法,并考察了方法的精密度、重复性和稳定性等因数;对98个不同品牌、不同产地、不同质量等级的内燃机油样品进行扫描,建立了内燃机油的中红外指纹谱库;以欧式距离法、相关命中率指数法、相关系数法等3种算法对未知内燃机油进行鉴别,效果良好。
A Fourier transform attenuated total reflectance (ATR) mid-infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) method suitable for the fingerprint identification of internal combustion engine oil was established and the factors such as precision, repeatability and stability of the method were investigated. For 98 different brands, different Origin and quality levels of internal combustion engine oil samples were scanned, the establishment of the internal combustion engine oil infrared fingerprint library; European distance method, the relevant hit rate index method, the correlation coefficient of three kinds of algorithms to identify unknown internal combustion engine oil, the effect is good .
