本研究在实验室和生产条件下,全面比较了高硫稀土蠕铁和低硫稀土蠕铁的金相组织(尤其是薄壁部分的金相组织)、白口倾向、断面敏感性、强度性能、蠕化衰退倾向。并以轨道车变速箱壳体蠕铁件的研制作为试验结果的佐证。高硫原铁水制成的稀土蠕铁具有白口倾向小、断面敏感性小、在薄壁处易获得高蠕化率(φ10mm可达60—70%)的优点,但是抗弯、抗拉强度稍低,衰退要快一些。这些试验结果对全面认识高硫蠕铁的特性有一定的参考价值。
